Is Nexura a Terminal Management System (TMS)?
No. A Terminal Management System is the remote control plane for terminals already in the field — configuration push, key injection, firmware, and diagnostics. Nexura is the operational layer that runs before and alongside it: getting a device approved, configured, tested, dispatched, and installed, then handling maintenance and returns. It complements your TMS, MDM, or CPMS rather than replacing it.

Nexura is vendor-agnostic at the operations layer.
